Prepare an Application: draw up plan, discuss with council, prepare your application;
Once we have lodged an application: Further information may be requested, feedback is sought from those who might be impacted (like advertising etc..) , follow up council for decision, VCAT appeal, lodge final plans with council, Ensure you have any other permits required;
Pre-Construction: Get all the relative documents (working drawing, 6 star energy rating report, soil test, structural & civil engineer, BAL, LPOD, etc..;
During Construction: meet client on site when every stage finish (Slab, Frame, Lock Up, Fixing, Fit Off, Final), make sure all building & construction above building regulation & Australia Standard;
After Handover: 3 month maintenance;
Organise Sub-division same time at building stage; Boundaries re-mark, further fieldwork for titles office requirements, preparation of plan of subdivision, title search, Application to council for certification of the Plan of Subdivision and Planning Permit, uploading, authenticating and release of all relevant documents on SPEAR.
